Recent Research defined a ‘knowledge-rich’ approach as one in which curriculum leaders are clear on the “invaluable knowledge they want their pupils to know”
The school’s curriculum is planned and sequenced so that new knowledge and skills build on what has been taught before , and towards those defined end points.
(Ofsted framework Curriculum intent)
