The safety of children when using the Internet (eSafety) is of paramount importance to everyone at Water Street and to North Yorkshire County Council.
As a school we use Smoothwall Filtering and Monitoring System to ensure the safe use of the Internet by children and staff.
We know that parents and guardians will also be concerned that children stay safe when using the Internet at home and elsewhere. This is why we send out a monthly online safety newsletter, produced by ScreenSafe and have also introduced an annual online safety evening for parents, presented by our ScreenSafe partners.
